Over the past 15 years, I have worked across the lifespan with individuals presenting with mood anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use, interpersonal problems, and role transitions. I celebrate individual differences and create a space where clients feel safe and empowered to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. We enjoy walks at the lake, movie nights, swimming, and family bike rides.

I have over 25 years experience working with children, adults and families providing individual, couples and family therapy. I have extensive training in Behavior Modification and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. On my leisure time, I love camping, hiking, all outdoor activities, pickleball. I definitely enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my fur babies!

Raised in Rancho Bernardo, CA. I’m an SFSU alumni with a B.S. in Business Marketing and  B.A. in Organizational Communication. I have 10 years in strategic account management, seven years as a small business leader, and eight years in marketing, including event-based, field, and social media. You can typically find me at the zoo or a farmer’s market, enjoying moments with my family and friends.
